Refund Policy

1. Free trial

Every TractOps subscription begins with a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without giving a reason and without owing anything.

2. Monthly subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription within 7 days of being charged for a billing period, we will refund the entire amount of that billing period. After day 7, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but cancellation prevents the next charge.

3. Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of being charged for the annual term, we will refund the entire amount. After day 30, annual subscriptions are refunded on a pro-rated basis for unused full months, minus a $50 administrative fee.

4. Unit-count changes mid-cycle

When you increase your unit count, the additional units are billed pro-rated to the end of your current billing period. When you decrease your unit count, the credit is applied to your next invoice. Decreases do not generate cash refunds.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at contact@tractops.com before initiating a chargeback. We will respond within 1 business day and typically resolve disputes within 3 business days. Chargebacks issued without prior contact may result in account suspension.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@tractops.com from the email address on file for your account. Include your community name and the invoice number. We process approved refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for: (a) failure to use the product after subscribing, (b) unit-count over-provisioning by the customer, or (c) cancellation requested through a channel other than email or in-app billing settings.
