Pricing FAQs

Do I need to pay for residents separately?
No. Residents, board members, and property managers all count toward your unit total, but they're not billed individually. You pay per unit, not per user.
How does the unit count adjust if I add a building mid-year?
When you add units, the new units are billed pro-rated to the end of your current period. When you remove units, the credit lands on your next invoice. Adjustments are immediate and visible in your billing dashboard.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you don't add a payment method, your account pauses (read-only) — nothing is deleted. Add a card any time to resume. Most customers add a card during onboarding so there's no interruption.
Can I switch between Standard and Premium?
Yes, in one click from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What about sales tax?
SaaS is taxable in a handful of states (NY, PA, TX, WA, MA, OH, CT). If you're in one of those, the tax line appears at checkout and on every invoice. Most states (CA, FL, NV, OR, CO) don't tax SaaS.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime. Annual plans run for 12 months but get a ~17% discount. Either way, you can export your data in one click.
